How did it feel on the night you won? It took a while for me to walk up to Tshegofatso (Miss MS 2015) after my name was called for the crowning. I couldn't believe my name was actually the one that was called, though I realized it was real when I saw my family in the crowd happy for me. It still took a while to sink in that I'm actually that I'm actually Miss MS 2017
How has your year been so far? It has truly been amazing. Above everything else what's special to me is the love and support I've received from the Miss MS team, but more from supporters of Mamelodi Sundowns FC. It is truly humbling and I look forward to all the experiences and relationships that are going to be made
What are your plans after Miss MS? I am looking forward to continue on working and establishing myself more in the pharmaceutical industry. I am also really excited on resuming our Mamelodi tutoring program. All while attending more entertaining Mamelodi Sundowns matches.
What advice do you have for anyone entering Miss MS this year? Well done on making one of the best decisions you'll ever make by entering Miss MS. I wish you all the best. If you don't make it through any stage it, please remember you're not less than, because you're enough. And if you're lucky enough to make it past all the stages closer to the crown, be yourself. And I hope you fall in love with this amazing organization and all its people as much as I do if not more. (that's what keeps me going)
But most importantly: Be present, be intentional, and remember to SLAY.
Favorite Quote: You are enough.
